Exercise of the week: Rope Sissy Squat
Rope Sissy Squat:
1. Holding a rope attached to the lowest setting at chest height stand with your feet together.
2. Lean back and bend your knees to lower yourself down, going up on to your toes when doing so.
3. Elevating your feet on a 25 lbs weight plate might be necessary for those with tight calves and will help place more emphasis on the quads and glutes.
